Delivery
At Nova Prestige, we are excited to offer free curbside delivery to our valued customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
Your order will be delivered in a protective wooden crate to ensure its safe arrival.
We also offer a White Glove Delivery service for an added level of care. This includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials. The cost for this service varies based on the size of the product and will be calculated at checkout.
The delivery time for bespoke items is 12-15 weeks, unless communicated otherwise.

We deliver to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
When your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive a phone call to schedule a date for delivery if you have ordered furniture. Your furniture will be delivered at your door or inside your house if you have opted for White Glove Delivery. Furniture will always be delivered in a wooden crate to ensure its safe arrival.
Lighting or decor products will be delivered in a carton box.
Yes, we do! You can select this option at checkout.
With our White Glove Delivery Service your order will be carried into a room of your choice where it will be unpacked. For our heavier stone products this option is recommended due to the heavy weight. The deliverymen will take the packaging with them again.
If you live in an apartment, please contact us to discuss further options.
We provide free standard shipping on all orders. White Glove Delivery comes with an extra cost, this is calculated at checkout.
In case of damage to your order there is no need to worry. All deliveries are fully insured and if you contact us via email at info@nova-prestige.com we will replace the damaged item, free of charge.
